traditional customs and procedures Galiyara has been promoted by Mr. Virendra and Mr. sumit and
his family who is engaged in the food and outdoor catering business for the last 05 years.
Galiyara is known as the most professional catering service in Delhi with modern
infrastructure, good quality and delicious food prepared in hygienic conditions.
Galiyara specialising in outdoor catering for wedding and other occasions also runs a
chain of specialty restaurants offering different Indian /Chinese/ Continental snacks and Chaats.
For outdoor catering service Galiyara has developed modern off site cooking facility where
the food is cooked at a modern processing facility and transported to the function site in
specially equipped vans.

The kitchen has necessary bulk equipment to prepare food for 5000 meals a day.
The kitchen is equipped with appropriate ventilators,for effective ventilation and hygiene. It has also a cold room for preserving perishables and a separate dry store for storing groceries and provisions.
The processed food is transported to party sites in custom built vehicles.
The organisation believes in full fledged HR activities and has a hostel accomodation and
